Supplied Club Leisure Group (CLG), one of the two biggest timesharing and holiday points companies in South Africa at their sales deck on the Alabama boat in the Waterfront with OPC sales leads (i.e. Married couples who qualify to purchase their holiday investment portfolio.
September 2001 – 2004
Supplied on-site leads to club Mykonos sales offices on the resort in the form of married couples who qualify financially and socially to purchase their holiday investment packages. Married couples are skilfully, expertly and professionally encouraged to participate immediately in an on-site presentation in the sales office.
August 2002 (10 weeks)
Enrolled 10 000 Canal Walk shoppers per month onto their ‘’incenta rewards’’ shoppers card programme.

Supplied Travtrust Investments at Camps Bay beach with OPC sales leads in the form of married couples who qualify financially and socially to purchase their holiday investment packages.

Hector Koopman (Member & Owner) is personally the longest running OPC in the business nationally having started 30 years ago and holding unbroken personal OPC records at 2 previously top sales operation i.e. Riveria Hotel Sea Point (1992) and the President Hotel in Sea Point (2000), Cape Town
He was also voted the top OPC in the timesharing industry nationally and this is why he also decided to take his expertise to a different market, to a different level where he has identified it is sorely needed, retail.
He is personally responsible for training, monitoring and motivating the staff to reach their optimum.
Besides his high level of natural marketing intuition and aptitude, as a qualified fitter and turner he applies a very technical approach to his marketing strategy which constantly gives him the edge over all his competition as will be validated by all the sales companies and managers who have collaborated with Hector Koopman on sales projects.
